December 2016 - July 2018 - On-site IT Technician at SBAB! Bank
I was hired out by Perido AB (December 2016 - March 2017) and TechFactory AB (April 2017 - July 2018) as a consultant to work as an on-site IT technician at SBAB! Bank in Karlstad, Sweden.
At SBAB my job was to help 200+ employees when they experienced issues with printers, computers and mobile phones, both software and hardware related. I was also in charge of installing and setting up new computers as they arrived. I later helped with support which included distributing permissions to users.
December 2013 - Septemer 2016 - Support technician at SYKES SWEDEN AB
At Sykes I worked with HP’s Consumer PC support for both Sweden and Norway. My role was to assist customers by troubleshooting and solving their PC problems. This often involved determining whether there were any hardware faults and ordering repair services.
